Really good comfort with a cozy atmosphere

The breakfast was a highlight, particularly with options that catered to various tastes. The staff were attentive, our needs were met and even providing useful local insights. The area around the hotel could use some improvement, as it felt a bit messy during winter. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone heading to Sofia!

The family apartment was spacious, providing ample room for our kids to play and relax. We loved having a kitchenette that allowed us to prepare simple meals. Breakfast was a true highlight, especially those freshly baked croissants served warm- heavenly!

It made my trip to Sofia an excellent experience. Loved this fairly clean and ideal place, very attentive staff and fashionable rooms. I ate at a really nice restaurant with Bulgarian cuisine and international cuisine-decently priced. The location was magnificent and fantastic for getting around, as a tube station was walk from the hotel.

I had booked a junior suite for 2 adults and 2 children. I was surprised to find 3 beds in the main bedroom and one positioned in the middle of the lounge. The bed in the lounge left little to no room for anybody to use the room as a lounge. I expected a bed settee so the lounge could have been used as a lounge. I asked for the two beds to be removed and for two chairs to be placed in the lounge with the settee. After some arguing the chairs eventually came. I was astonished a junior suite for 4 would only have a small settee for two in its lounge.

Spacious family apartments provide excellent comfort.

The underground parking was not free, surprising. The staff lacked warmth, and the general ambiance felt more corporate than cute.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for better views and a quieter experience from potential street noise.

The check-in process was seamless, and I was promptly greeted by helpful staff. One evening, I ordered the lemon chicken with truffle-infused mash potato, it was an unexpected delight, made my day!

Not the cheapest option, but still worth it for the experience.

The clean facilities and convenient private parking stand out. A highlight was the enjoyable breakfast that offered smoked fish, a unique touch. The Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable, causing interruptions during work hours. Despite reporting issues with housekeeping, responses were delayed, leading to some frustration .
